Our facilities are available for rentals in Kemptville and Winchester for meetings, weddings and funerals. The Play Structure is available for 2-hour birthday party rentals and we have free public drop-in playtime available (see schedule). The Sensory Room is also available for 1 hour bookings at no charge during the designated time slots available. Please contact the office for available times.

There are several spaces multi-use spaces available at our Kemptville campus located at 1303 French Settlement Rd.

AUDITORIUM
Capacity 500: Weddings, funerals, conferences, lectures, large meetings. This space has flexible seating, a stage, new AV (at additional cost), round conference tables.

Lobby
Capacity: 80 seated around tables (10 tables). Ideal for conferences, lectures, large meetings. This space has flexible seating, round conference tables and a kitchen.
fireside room
Capacity: 50. The Fireside room is ideal for small to medium-sized meetings and lectures.
PLAY STRUCTURE
Additional rental with any room at an extra cost of $75 (can only be rented with other rooms, except for birthday party rentals).
BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Private birthday party bookings to celebrate with your child and friends!
Includes 2 hours at the facility (plus 15 minutes setup)- 2 hours in a private room plus 1 hour in the play structure. Choose one of two rooms to see available time.
Please note: Birthday parties are not available in June, July and August.
